Sun Pharma arm gets USFDA nod |

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries US arm has obtained a final approval from US Food and Drug Administration (US-FDA) to market Bethanechol Chloride drug on prescription basis.
tablets would be available in the strengths of 5 mg, 10 mg, 25 mg and 50 mg. Bethanechol Chloride is used to treat acute postoperative and postpartum nonobstructive (functional) urinary retention. Shares of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries gained Rs 34.7, or 2.9%, to trade at Rs 1,230. The total volume of shares traded was 15,807 at the BSE (2.57 p.m., Monday). |
