Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories, India's leading health & Wellness Company, launched Lipotab, a clinically tested product to manage elevated levels of cholesterol in the blood. Lipotab, a cent per cent natural formulation of time-tested herbs like Garlic, Catnip and Turmeric, is developed on the natural principles of Unani system of medicine.

Lipotab helps prevent heart diseases by lowering lipid levels in the blood and further helps in significantly improving associated symptoms such as chest pain, tiredness, breathlessness and reduction of body weight. A 60 tablet pack of Lipotab is available at pharmacies across the country at a cost of Rs 195.

Arshad Siddiqui, chief marketing officer, Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories said, "Cardiovascular diseases in India are on the rise. Unhealthy and irregular eating habits, lack of physical exercise and stressful lives have been the main reason behind the rise of cardiovascular diseases. The launch of Lipotab will go a long way in proving that Unani system of medicine can successfully help in managing and improving lifestyle disorders."

Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories, one of India's largest Health & Wellness Company, was set up in 1906 in the small by-lanes of the historic old Delhi.
