The department of Ayush in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organising 'Arogya 2009 – Mumbai' for the first time in Mumbai from January 30 to February 2, 2009. The four-day event will be held at MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East.
The event is being organised with the active co-operation of Mayor of Mumbai and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai is joining the department of Ayush in this effort as co-organisers of this four-day event.
The exhibition will showcase sectors like Ayurveda, Siddha, Naturopathy, Yoga, Unani and other recognized traditional health care systems. Companies and institutions associated with these areas of healthcare including insurance, health tourism, lab equipment and machinery, research institutes, hospitals, naturopathy centers etc can also participate and showcase their activities.
'Arogya 2009 – Mumbai' will provide a very useful platform for companies related to these areas to help create awareness about their products & services and also to enter into business relations with other set-ups. Those who are expected to participate in the event included medical practitioners, marketing chiefs, professionals & consultants, policy makers, diplomats & foreign commercial corps, industry associations, trade delegations from India & abroad, businessmen, manufacturers, retailers and general public.
